At SmArt Profile US Company, we stand behind the quality of our 3D panels and decorative wall panels. We offer the following warranty coverage to our customers:

3D Panels Fabrication Warranty: Our 3D Panels come with a 1-year warranty on the manufacture of the panels. This warranty covers defects in assembly and its components. However, please note that the costs of removing damaged panels and installing new ones are not covered by this warranty. The warranty covers internal design only. Additionally, SmArt Profile assumes no responsibility for damage resulting from vandalism or natural disasters, commonly known as "acts of God."

Limited 25 years Warranty: Our Decorative 3D Wall Panels come with a limited 25 years warranty to the original purchaser. This warranty covers PVC material, manufacturer defects in material and workmanship under approved normal use. In the event of a defect, the customer should notify us in writing within thirty (30) days of discovering the said defect. SmArt Profile may require the customer to return the product for evaluation. We will then review the product and installation methods and determine if replacement, repair, or refund is appropriate. Please note that this warranty does not cover labor, transportation costs, or any other expenses incurred in connection with the purchase, use, or installation of the item(s). Replacements, repairs, or refunds are the only options under this limited warranty. Additionally, this warranty does not cover damage resulting from mishandling in transportation, acts of God, customer modifications, vandalism, misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, unreasonable care, or other causes that did not arise from manufacturer defects in workmanship and/or materials. No person, retailer, sales rep, dealer, service facility, or entity of any type is authorized to change, modify, or amend the terms of this limited warranty in any manner.
